Dominating Type 1 Diabetes: P90X3 Total Synergistics Overview

Hey Warriors!

I am posting a video of one of the first workouts in the P90X3 series, Total Synergisitics!  This routine is a total body burner! Every body part is worked in this routine, and you will definitely feel it.

There are 16 exercises in this program.  The routine lasts a total of 30 minutes, which includes a short warm up in the beginning.  Here are the exercises in the routine:

  • Push Up/Side Arm Balance
  • Cresent Chair
  • Pull Knee Pull
  • Flip Flop Crunch
  • Crawly Plyo Push Ups
  • Releve-Plie, Weighted
  • Chin Up Circle Crunch
  • Boat Plow
  • Balance Arch Press
  • 3 Hop Press
  • Glamour Hammer
  • Branon Boat
  • Flying Warrior
  • Squat Rockers
  • Side Rise Punch
  • Warrior Squat Moon

For this workout you will need to use a few sets of free weights (or resistance bands), and a pull up bar (I love pull-ups!!). 

I am always totally wasted at the end of this workout! The programs moves along at a quick pace, so take breaks if you need them.  Otherwise, just push it as hard as you can!

    I’m about to start P90X3 and was curious if you had some tips on the meal plan. Did you follow theirs, or did you use your own? How do you deal with lows?
