Hey Warriors! Well, it’s been a little over two months and I am loving the low carb, high fat (LCHF) lifestyle! I am cut my insulin usage in half and have lost about 13 pounds since I started eating this way in early January. The table below shows my average glucose from February 25-March 9. There were a couple days that didn’t go too welll, but for the most part my blood sugars have been awesome! As you see below, my insulin usage is way down.
