Two new keto recipes tonight!

My mom mentioned she made meatballs for supper tomorrow night so I knew I had to figure something out to eat with them! What's better than noodles! Im super excited to try them with mom's meatballs tomorrow!!

Recipe: 
1 oz cream cheese
2 eggs (room temperature)
1/4 tsp gluten

Blend until cream cheese is all combined. Pour mixture into pan and bake about 10 minutes at 325 degrees! Once out and cool, trim edges and cut into noodles!!

(I doubled the recipe and it covered the whole pan.) I use a silicon mat and it removed very easily!

We also perfected bread sticks tonight!! I melted about 2 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella in the microwave and then added two eggs. Stir until combined. Put on pan in shape you want. I baked it at 425 degrees for about 10 minutes or until top gets brown. Once cooled, I cut into sticks! Yummy!!
